ReStore Renovation Centre - 7177 Newman Boulevard

The LaSalle ReStore carries new building materials, like interior and exterior doors, storage organizing systems, lights, decorative pieces, valves, fittings and floor re-finishings donated by distributors, retailers, manufacturers, and construction companies to support Habitat for Humanity.

Image  Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, housing organization that builds simple, decent and affordable housing in partnership with people in need. Volunteers and partner families provide most of the labour, and individual and corporate donors provide money and materials to build the houses. Habitat for Humanity houses are sold to partner families at no profit and with no interest charged; mortgage payments are used to build more houses. Habitat for Humanity has built more than 200,000 houses around the world.

In 2005, Restores recycled 10,400 tons of building materials that would have otherwise gone to local dumping grounds. A study of 24 ReStores in Canada revealed that one store recycles on average 22 tons of material every month.

New stock is  received multiple times a week. You will regularly find in stock interior and exterior doors, storage organizing systems, lights, decorative pieces, valves and fittings, ceramic tiles, laminated flooring, and carpets.
